Finally, the official video for Estelle's "Freak" ft. Kardinal Offishall has been released! I adore Estelle for so many reasons. In 2008, Estelle made a name for herself with her collaboration with rapper Kanye West, on the classic "American Boy".

Her album 'Shine' was released following the single on John Legend's HomeSchool label. Shine is filled with catchy urban/soul/pop modern melodies that soon had me obsessed and grooving all over the place(quite literally too). I'd take her album with me from my car into work!

She's also a perfect example of effortless cool with a style that is elegant yet eccentric but nonetheless always polished to perfection(which other current pop artists lack because they premeditate their threads way too often and you know those types who try to show that there is something with them when all they do is put on a rather empty display because they got too consumed with putting on an ensemble their brains were left in their shopping bag.)

Last year, Estelle started working on her upcoming third studio album, All of Me. On 21 August of last year it was confirmed that Estelle was working with David Guetta on the upcoming album.

Lets not also forget kiddas, Estelle also appears on the song "Rollacoasta", co-written by her and Robin Thicke , with whom the song appears on his album, "Sex Therapy". Estelle confirmed the third album will be entitled "All of Me". And without further ado... here it is kiddas, the first single, 'Freak!!!'

Thomas Engel Hart | Fall 2010

Heading into the fall season, Thomas Engel Hart continues to deliver a relentless punk attitude. Embracing a narrow silhouette and retro aspirations, Hart delves into a rebellious world of safety prints and mastheads. From the edgy little black suit and cropped jacket to daring monochromatic numbers, Hart treads the path less walked–turning out a collection of youthful spunk and style.

Uh-Oh, Prohibiting Unpaid Internships May Bury the Fashion World

Lauren over at fashionista is reporting that recently, there’s been lots of talk regarding the legality of unpaid internships. "The New York Times, for instance, ran a story over the weekend about how labor officials in several states believe that most unpaid interns should be paid minimum wage. Patricia Smith, the federal Labor Department’s top official, has said that she and staff are planning to enforce labor laws on a national level.

What does this exactly mean for the fashion? Our industry, and most creative industries, rely on unpaid interns to make things happened. If we didn’t have unpaid assistants working on set, or in the office, magazines wouldn’t get published, film wouldn’t get developed, and fashion shows wouldn’t run so smoothly.

I know that, during my time in college, I did four internships, one of which I was paid a commission on sales that I closed. (It was at a boutique/art gallery.) However, the other three internships, which were in editorial, were unpaid. One landed me my first job out of college.

The good news: According to our better-educated colleagues at Above the Law, interns who are unpaid but receive college credit are fine. As are interns who are being mentored and educated by their superiors. The bad news: 18-hour days working on a shoot or a day spent cleaning the office–for free–is going to be harder for an employer to defend. That is, if labor officials do indeed question the company’s practices.

Thomas Onorato, a partner at New York public relations and events firm OW!, says that he sympathizes with both sides of the debate. “People mismanage their interns and turn them into personal assistants or a messenger service,” says Onorato. “Our small PR and event business would not run without the help of our amazing interns (which are very hard to find by the way!).”

On the other hand, he also worries that companies who can’t afford to pay interns minimum wage will become less effective, and that the lack of internships will leave many who aspire to break into the industry unprepared, not to mention deflated.

“I personally would not be where I am without the two amazing internships I had while in college. Yes, I got a lot of coffee and ran errands but I also watched and learned so much,” he says. “Many successful people in our industry started this way and it’s ridiculous to think these great opportunities for young professionals would all of a sudden go away.”

Whether you’ve been an intern, you are an intern, or you want to be an intern, what do you think?

Should everyone be paid something, or are unpaid internships simply a part of getting your foot in the door?

Well, I simply think that unpaid internships are definitely part of getting your career in the door and saying to these hard employers, AY! Stop, Look, and listen to me for a second! Internships can teach you brand new ideas and perspectives. The internships is a look into the future for any possible job opportunities for yourself. Lastly, the fact of the matter is, if you aren't digging the field of work your in because of the long hours and hard labor, than instead of complaining about it, wipe the delusional sweat from your forehead and move on to another field of profession. I'm just saying...

Hope Finch aka Gwyneth Paltrow

On exercise and keeping her figure slim... “Oh, I had to work hard to get it like this, but now I’m here it’s so great because I don’t have to think about it. I can just enjoy life. What a relief is that. I can eat what I want, as long as I exercise, which is just as well, because if I put the word’ diet’ into my brain, I immediately gain a stone.” - Snippets from Gwyneth Paltrow's interview on the current cover of UK Vogue

On revenge... “Oh yes, I can be mean. I can cave in to gossip. I can ice people out and I can definitely harbour revenge. In fact, I’m having a situation right now with a friend where I’m feeling pretty angry. But revenge is corrosive and it doesn’t make me feel good. I’ll wake up in the morning and think, ‘Ugh, I feel terrible’, and suddenly realise, ‘Ah, that’s why. I’m holding on to so much hate.”

Oh and in regards to the name assimilation...its just a character name that Gwyneth portrays in the film 'Running with Scissors'. Another itsnotyouitsme 'Film Junky Favorite'...

Marriage! Nooooooooooo

Legend dame Elizabeth Taylor is literally rolling down the aisle for her 9th round up at thee alter. Now Kiddas, we're never one to judge our own mates relationships, much less any strangers (hence our choice of pop culture headlines we choose NOT to share) but although a source says, "It's no secret that Dame Liz is engaged to her 49 year old longtime friend/talent manager Jason Winters. They've been together forever and are in love, so it wouldn't be a surprise if they were engaged. Right now they are keeping it between them."

Now my one question is...Ay Liz! Remember what you said the last time when some show asked you, if you would ever consider re-marrying??? Well here's a refresher for all you kiddas that don't remember either...Ladies and gentleman, Joel McHale!

Press Play is Elisa Goodkind’s crazy eccentric site, and now fashionista is reporting that they've just added video editorials!!! This is good stuff kiddas!

'If you’re not already obsessed with it, the site covers a wide range of people–all with stellar, individual style–without the gloss of street style sites. (Including our very own RashomonRebel!) Elisa and her team go inside closets and homes to drag out the stories behind beloved pieces of clothing, talk inspiration and discover what makes some of the most unique people tick, style-wise.

They’ve already published three editorials, the last of which features a film directed by Jason Last, styled by Elisa and starring LadyFag. It’s more creative, and more vibrant, than the usual fashion film fare. And while any site that gives us a peek into the lives and closets of those we love, this might be our favorite for one simple reason: It’s perfectly easy to find what you’re looking for.

Oi ladies!

Apparently if fashionista is right about this one(which they usually are) Lancôme beats Chanel’s as the best mascara. Britt over at fashionista says she'd worn Chanel up until she bought Lancôme’s High Définicils the night before last.

She goes on to say, "I ran to Bloomingdale’s after work and the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes, “We’re always sold out of that.” So then I had to have it. Found it at Sephora and pulled out the spiky little rubber wand this morning. My eyelashes are impossibly long. They’re not super thick, but they’re probably more day/80° weather appropriate. It wins, just because I feel better spending $27 instead of $33."

There you have it kiddas! Lashes for days ;)

Filed Under: Como?!? It's The Stone Penis of North Yorkshire, England!

"Jason Hadlow, the owner of a garden store in the town of Bedale in North Yorkshire, has been slapped with an £80 fine after some prude-ish pilgrims with the eyes of an innocent fetus complained to the police about a giant penis sculpture in his front window. Not only did Jason get fined, but the police also snatched his prized erect penis. They told Jason they will gladly give him the dick back once he pays the fine.

Jason is fighting back and started the Free Willy Campaign on Facebook. Jason refuses to pay the fine, because if he does he's afraid that the people he sold similar stone dicks to will also be liable. Jason has sold nearly 10 rock hard wangs.

Jason also added, “It’s absolute madness they’ve taken this willy, it was right there in the shop window next to a statue of Venus and a replica of Michelangelo’s David! They involve boobs and willies and there was a sign nearby saying Big Dick’s Sausages and they didn’t take that.” Via Dlist

Here's some pictures of the of the police taking away Jason's manhood...
