Favorite-Favorite All Time Favorites: Jenifer Lewis Edition

Penned as the Mother of Black Hollywood because essentially over the last several decade's shes literally played mom to so many actors and actresses hence developing the title itself. For us, Jenifer Lewis is all that but most of all she's a true tour de force in the world of acting. She commands every second of every scene that she is in. She masterfully executes with impeccable timing her craft whether she's playing grandma-ma on the current hit show "Black-ish" or as Whoopi Goldberg's backup singer in Sister Act. Or disciplining the likes of prolific, one of a kind icons, Whitney Houston in The Preacher's Wife and Tupac Shakur in Poetic Justice.

Quoting in her own words, there ain't no shame in her game. And did she do it, yea she did it! Would she do it again, maybe not? Lol, oh golly miss molly how she enchants us. Very few humans on this plant garner our attention and hypnotize us in a way that leaves us wanting more, bestowing nothing but beyond praise.

She's old Hollywood. New Hollywood. Legend-icon.  Call it what you want to cause what she is, is incomparable. She is authentically talented and funny gal all around and falls under our prestigious "favorite-favorite all-time favorites.". A holy trinity list of pioneering-incomparable artists that are innately born with that extra pizzaz, that unique it-factor. Another one of those diety names is Jenifer Lewis!
