Blake Out, Gaga In!

Not so fast Blake. According to statistics, Miss Lively who's happened to appear on the cover of Vogue three times last year in 2010, went pretty much unnoticed.

WWD notes that Blake is magazine poison. Quite a burn huh kiddas. "Both her June Vogue cover and her Esquire cover were in the top three worst sellers of each publications of that year. Although there is one bright side, her Allure cover, boasted the magazine's best selling issue. So she's not a total scrunchy, not yet at least.

Surprisingly, country sweetie Taylor Swift also produces poor magazine sales as her April Elle cover ran an approximate 60,000 issues less than normal. Not to mention, her November Glamour cover ranked second-worst selling issue of the year for the publication. Swift's non-star like appeal didn't quite there. Her July Marie Claire cover was the month's third worst-selling magazine.

Now the question at large is, who do you get for the job if you wanna sell this pretty bad boy magazines. It's simple, you call the Gaga...Lady Gaga that is.

Lady Gaga's Rolling Stone cover sold an impressive 245,000 plus copies, making it the best selling issue for the magazine. Nick Knight’s helmed the September cover for Vanity Fair where Gaga unknowingly pushed the magazine's sales to make it the second best-seller of 2010. And lastly, it was the pop star’s Elle cover which garnered the third best-selling issue of the year. Your beautiful in your own way Gaga and apparently the rest of America thinks so too! (Well a lot of em do)
