Leah Michele is already one of young Hollywood's leading ladies, thanks to Glee, and now Lea Michele is a busy bee while working on the new animated film, "Dorothy of Oz"!
Leah tells ET..."It’s just really nice to get to step into a different world for a little while. I thoroughly enjoy being at William McKinley High School Monday through Friday at ‘Glee,’ but it’s been really great to step into another world and play another character for a little while. It only makes the job that I do every day even more enjoyable."
Film Synopsis: "The film takes place where The Wizard of Oz left off, with Dorothy waking back up in Kansas after the tornado has destroyed her town. When she returns to Oz, she finds that the Scarecrow, Lion and Tin Man have disappeared, and it’s up to her - and some new and old friends - to defeat the evil Jester."
Dorothy of Oz has a tentative release for the spring of 2012. Quite a bit away but we'll keep you posted as we adore Leah and believe she's the creme of the crop!
