It's not about being skinny, it's not always about fitting into those trousers...it's about being healthy kiddas. Your physical well-being is thee most important priority you should have for yourselves...and no one can take that away from you either. It's hard, I know it's difficult, it took me awhile to get to that comfortable place where I didn't feel like working-out was just another job but rather a release for myself and a positive feeling I carried with myself.

Doesn't she look stunning! And although it was a tragedy what happened to her family, now she has a child of her own to continue and celebrate her life with all over again.
