'Despite the animosity that may exist between Conan and NBC, it seems that Conan is still taking care of his cast.

While Conan may have been given millions in his pocket after being fired, not everyone who worked for him got a payout.

NBC did create a $7.5 million separation deal for some of O'Brien's ex-staffers. However, sources are reporting that Conan's stagehands weren't covered by the severance plan.

So the comedian is stepping up and promising to pay his almost 50 person crew at least six weeks of severance from his own bank account.

IATSE Local 33, the union for his former crew members, says that the workers are "very happy" with the way Conan handled the situation." P.H
