Living With Anxiety: 'It’s Something In Your Brain That You Can’t Control All The Time' | TODAY

Anxiety is not something you can control but can surely understand. 17-year-old Zach Crites dealt with debilitating anxiety growing up. Including an additional disorder of agoraphobia for years. Last fall, he began attending WayPoint Academy, a therapeutic boarding school that specializes in the treatment of anxiety in teenage boys.

Geez, if we only knew then what we know now.  However, we are fortunate to never have had long periods of debilitating anxiety. Only temporary discourses of attacks and setbacks. Nonetheless, we encourage everyone to get the knowledge, because only knowledge produces empathy and empathy makes the world and love go round.

Also, let's not forget carebears, all of your kindness sometimes is taken for weakness. Don't be too attached to whether unimportant others understand you. Be understanding. We wear a special pair of goggles that we can never take off and no one else can ever wear. We warriors of the light must carry the torch at thee expense of our hearts sometimes and we must remind ourselves we are managing well here...this thing called life.
