HMLTD are a unique bunch of lovely delovely delightful, razzle-dazzling boys hailing from across the pond. The London six piece group blew onto the British musique scene last year, showcasing a glam-rock electro uptempo power-pop vibe. Serving influences from such acts as The Bravery and Fischerspooner with a pinch of Adam Ant and Iggy Pop with a whole lotta pizzaz.
Their nuevo single entitled "Proxy Love" is a mix of flamboyant hedonistic decadence rolled into one exhilarating whole. Working with stellar producer Justin Tranter (Selena Gomez, Britney Spears, Biebs) the boys were apparently tracked down by Tranter online. The results? A glam rock and pop radio friendly affair. Could it be a shift in the music radio genre hemisphere, the U.S that's been desperately lacking for so long?
Well, what we can sprightfully confirm is that they're about to head on tour with Nine Inch Nails along with a bunch of other headlining musique festival slots. Taken from their forthcoming "Hate Music Last Time Delete" EP, the Robert Fox directed visual for "Proxy Love" is a real visual feast.
