Punk Mates Fontaines D.C. Invade Thee Tonight Show With Their Ballistically Grand Performance!

Back in February, we featured Irish post-punk band Fontaines D.C.'s far-out single "Big". Now the stellar magnetic boys have made their triumphant debut on The Tonight Show with Fallon with an enthralling performance of their yummy jammin' tune “Liberty Belle.”

Led by dreamy-eyed cutie patootie frontman Grian Chatten, his chest fur is quite inescapable while he shook rattled and rolled singing his hard lyrics over equally punk-rough guitar chords. He chants, “If you’re a rock star, a porn star, a superstar — doesn’t matter what you are. Get yourself a good car and get outta here.”

It's a high-speed pulsating melodic performance, with an electrical infused rage fit for authentic Punk heads. Blowing furiously through the number, he also strutted out another single “Boys in the Better Land”. But if any live set was dressed to impressed, it was “Liberty Belle”. Fontaines D.C.’s debut LP, thee recently April- unleashed record entitled "Dogrel" is sure one to watch. The quintet mates have invaded our home shores of North American promoting their artistry on a current tour.
