Poppy Unleashes "Metal" Off Her Second Studio Album!!!

::Updated:: Original Story Published -  7/10/18

Experimental pop electronic musique star Poppy has unleashed a subtly moody whiplash of a tune entitled "Metal". We adore a robot-esque Mickey mouse cosplay meets futuristic bionic post-apocalyptic Disneyland. Poppy is following her 2017 album Poppy. Computer with “Metal”, a cover of the Gary Numan song from 1979. The tune skates away from her initial traditional bubblegum electro sound.

“We’re in the building where they make us grow/And I’m frightened by the liquid engineers,” Poppy sings over the choppy mechanical beat. And while this is thee only official announcement yet, our sources tell us Live Nation has a ticket pre-sale link for a Poppy “Am I A Girl?” tour date at the Boston House of Blues this November 19th. Who knows but what we do know is, let's get ready for  a new era of Poppy 2.0
