Whats better than taking a trip to the Alps? I know, bringing a film crew along with the help of creative individuals and a stellar motif. That's exactly what filmmaker Simon Cave did. According to sources, Simon wanted to stray away from the typical fashion films that are usually made. So when he commenced work on "Distances", he summoned upon his mate, designer Joseph Altuzarra for help on this breathtaking short film for "The Last Magazine".
Simon himself was quoted saying,
"Joseph and I love movie trailers, so I wanted to make a fashion film in the same vein–something that suggests more of a narrative,” he says of the project, “I planned a trip to the Alps and Joseph supplied some incredible dresses…. His work lends itself to the moving image so well.”
