Google Goes Gaga

One of the key reasons for Lady Gaga's explosive success as an artist was her embrace of the internet by means of online video/music, social networking and marketing.

This week the Gaga Visited Google headquarters in Mountain View, CA for a sit down interview with one of the Google techs.

Lady Gaga turned up at the Google offices yesterday for a very special interview -- one comprised entirely of questions asked by her fans. Last week a video of Mother Monster popped up online requesting fans send in their queries promising to get through as many as she could. By the end of Friday over 54,000 video questions for the pop star had been received and yesterday Gaga got down to answering them.

Some of the juicier bits include Gaga revealing that she and Haus of Gaga creative director Laurieann Gibson will direct the video for "Judas," the next single off of the singer's upcoming Born This Way album and explaining that her "avant-garde techno rock" track "Edge of Glory" was written as she lamented the loss of her grandfather while taking shots with her father at her piano.
